“Every Woodpecker Furniture is backed by an exclusive warranty against any manufacturing defect that entitles you to avail services at no charge or at a minimum cost, provided proof of purchase is produced at the time of registering the complaint.”

Scope of warranty:

1.	Any product found damaged at the time of delivery, the damaged part or the entire product will be replaced at the sole discretion of the management.

2.	Alignments, screw tightening and minor adjustments will be done free of charge. Always.

3.	Termite resistance on wood and MDF parts, up to 7 years.

4.	Wood, MDF parts damaged due to manufacturing defect will be replaced or rectified, if it is within 3 years from the date of purchase.

5.	Locks, handles, channels, castor wheels, hinges, gas-lifts and other mechanical parts, up to 3 years.

6.	Damage to upholstery due to manufacturing defect, up to 1 year.

7.	Sagging of foams, up to 1 year.


Exclusions:

Warranty is not applicable:

1.	For electrical fittings, glass, stones.

2.	If the product suffers damage due to negligence, improper usage or environmental factors like exposure to sun, water, dampness, fire, flood etc, and wear & tear due to usage and aging.

3.	If the product has been serviced, assembled, dismantled or transported by any other person other than the authorized representative from the company.

4.	Rusting and oxidation of metal parts.

5.	Wood damage due to water absorption. Fungus formation due to environmental factors.

6.	Damage in upholstery due to improper cleaning methods or use of sharp objects on the product.

7.	Incidental and consequential damages disclaimed.

8.	Warranty not applicable for products sold as factory seconds or damaged.

9.	Warranty is applicable only to the first purchaser of the product.
