Currently Woodpecker Furniture delivers the products in Chennai serviceable pincodes only.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Woodpecker Furniture tries to ensure that the product reaches you within 3-15 days from the date of placing the order.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
To know the delivery charges for your area, please enter the pincode in the Pincode Box available at your product page. Woodpecker furniture offers FREE installation charges to serviceable areas ONLY.
How do I track my order?
We try our best to deliver your product before the estimated delivery time, which is 7 days. In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 12 – 15 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. In case you have not received any communication from us about your order do give us a email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently there is no online mechanism to check the status of your order. The Member has to specify clearly the address where the shipment should be delivered before making the final payment online. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We ensure that the products you receive are of high quality. In case you receive a damaged product please make a not of it in writing on the acknowledgement copy of your delivery invoice and hand over the same to the delivery personnel IMMEDIATELY. If possible please Message or email the invoice copy with your comments. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us, within 24 hours, on email us at email@example.com.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order only in the following cases and in the following manner.
- Cancellation prior to delivery – Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However in exceptional circumstances, cancellations initiated within 24 hours may be considered only on humanitarian grounds without any penal charges.
- Cancellation after delivery is not allowed - After delivery of the product, only After Sales services will be applicable, and cancellation is not an option.
Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests (other than as covered by the product warranty). We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be any, please inform the Service Associate. Our delivery staff will assist you with any questions you may have. We do not offer exchanges unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item.
